Ballet is a great foundation for all disciplines. It is a wonderful way to build grace, confidence and flexibility. We do require that all our competitive student start with the five basic ballet positions and expand on those positions as level of maturity and tenure at the Academy increases.
Lyrical combines the technique of ballet with the freedom of movement and expression of jazz. Previous dance experience is a preferred but not required.
